2. Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
Nope! We do that for you using a commercial-grade vacuum as part of our Breeze 4D Clean™ process.
3. How do I prepare for my carpet cleaning?
Just remove small items like toys, lamps, and light furniture. We take care of the rest.
4. Is your cleaning safe for kids and pets?

5. How long will my carpets take to dry?

8. Do you use any strong chemicals or leave a smell behind?
No. Our cleaning process is fragrance-free and residue-free. Your carpets will feel clean—not sticky or scented.
9. Can I walk on the carpet after it’s cleaned?
Yes! Most areas are safe to walk on right after service, although your feed and shoes might have dirt that may transfer over to the wet carpets as it dries.
10. How do I know it actually worked?

11. Will you move furniture?
We move light furniture like chairs and end tables. For larger items like beds or heavy couches, we clean around or under them depending on placement.

13. Can I clean my carpets myself?
